West Oaks Urgent Care is an excellent choice for receiving medical care. The staff is consistently attentive & compassionate, always listening to patients and addressing their needs. I've visited this location frequently and have always experienced outstanding service from the doctors. During my most recent visit, I was treated by Dr. Nella, who went above and beyond to ensure we received the care needed. She was extremely attentive. If you are looking for quality medical care, this is the place to go.

I visit West oak urgent Care today and I was in salted demeanored and just call the lawyer by the receptions that was exception that was there I didn't note and added my name to it saying that you notified me of a late payment and copay and still calling me and inquiring about it and no one did and she talking about it was innocent too late 2018 which is online a blatant lie Mom ivy was no longer work there when the building apartment now there's a new person but I didn't appreciate that because I treat everyone with dignity and respect and I expect that back in return Don't call me a lie a liar when you have cuz I'm not a lawyer and I didn't appreciate being disrespected and embarrassing from the whole setting room of patients and I told her she was unprofessional and that patient privacy come first I don't know about these receptionists that work now but when it comes down to HIPAA law patient of privacies I didn't receive that today I'm very disappointed I've been going to West oaks for about years but I don't have a one experience that again!! And how quickly someone can tell on you when they think that you old a balance they went from nice to very nasty loud and disrespectful she was loud unprofessional the display of I don't I don't know what to call it also I proceeded to talk to with the provider and she closed the door up on me while I was standing in the door The provider came out and she was very nice and she rectified the situation and explain everything to me but those two exceptions that was there today

All I can say is thank you… thank you so much. There is no words to express the amount of care I felt with the Dr. Nedira.I was in so much pain and she just was so kind and caring.Thank you for being open on the weekends! I don’t know if I was going to be able to handle the amount of pain I’ve been in until Monday..

After a wonderful vacation in Las Vegas when I got home, I was sick. I went to West Oaks and they took care of my illness. A week later my wife came down with the same thing, but she was really sick. She may have wound up in the hospital if West Oaks wasn’t there to take care of us, bro bravo to this company Yes yes😄🥰💕

The staff is AAAMAZING AND Dr. Imran is FANTASTIC.
