Rolando was great, so polite and professional. I was avoiding going to the doctor, I wasn’t sure if I broke my toe. Rolando was very welcoming, kind, and pleasant. I believe the doctor that saw me was Dr.Dolino (Asian man) also very friendly and polite. I got there at about 8:05 and was heading home by 8:45. I greatly appreciated their care, their friendliness and sense of urgency. I definitely recommend them!

Stacy Cook saved my life! I went to a different urgent care initially but came to West Oaks days later when I started feeling worse. The initial urgent care only gave me lidocaine, but that just masked the pain and when it wore off my pain was excruciating. My throat and tonsils were red and the most swollen they’ve ever been. It felt like swords in my neck when I swallowed and my airway was at risk of closing, which is especially threatening for me due to my already narrow airway. Stacy Cook informed me of the risks, provided a prescription and treatment guidance,and told me what to do if I’m not feeling better in a few days. I was feeling better and completely pain free within 12 hours and completely pain free within 24 hours. I’m really glad I trusted my gut and went to West Oaks that night for a second opinion. Stupid ass company number don't work

They took great care of me the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. This is my goto from now on.

Called and told receptionist my symptoms and she was very curt and unprofessional. She cut me off and said its a walk in clinic you can come in then started quoting me prices that were collected up front without asking if I had insurance or not. I have good insurance with a 30.00 copay but after the conversation with that person I definitly will not be going there. Very poor customer service
